I’ve been seeing Dr. Gioe for quite some time now. He has helped me get through so many situations .. yes he has referred me to a additional therapist but only for my certain circumstances. I appreciate his care, his concerns, and his expertise. Although he doesn’t except my insurance and any longer I still pay to see him because of the great care I have received. I would never spend a dime seeing another psychiatrist. He has helped me in more ways than I could ever be thankful for. Wonderful bedside manner, very informative, and he truly cares about his patients. He is a great person as well. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I've been coming here quite sometime now, and have been a patient before he transferred to this new location. I've suffered with severe anxiety for 10 years now, but what Mr. Gioe offers is just medicine that will mask those symptoms for a while and then you'll need something stronger, and the cycle just continues. The advice given is something you could find on YouTube, and you're repeatedly referred to a friend of his for counseling. There's a lack of compassion and understanding from this man and any attempts to talk about the issues you're having are met with the referral to his friend. Most times I feel as though I'm being rushed out of his office because he double booked or something. This is a dead end for those of us who are looking for long term solutions. I've decided to just workout and keep myself busy, so that I don't give my hard earned money to someone like this. I know this isn't everyone's experience, but trust me when I say this is a dead end!
