Move in June 2022. The apartment was dirty with a horrible smell on move in day. Maintenance was called out twice for toilet issues, gate is always open im actually shocked when i get to use my access card. The trash butler 😬. Dirty Nasty stains in hallways definitely need a good pressure wash.I will not renew my lease

This year will mark 2 years living at The Saulet. I've enjoyed it very much. The amenities really are incredible, I have always had very positive experiences when communicating with the staff in the office and my maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quick. I work in the CBD, so you cannot beat the location and I've met some super friendly neighbors who will remain life long friends of mine. I have had some minor issues, but nothing that could not be addressed or handled through communicating with management and the front office. Overall, I would recommend the Saulet for sure!

Clearance is 7ft for trucks and a u-haul can only fit if its under 7 ft. This response was also sent to the resident.
