Dr Arriaga is an AMAZING doctor. This is not a rating on him. My rating is on the OLOL Hearing and Balance Center itself. I have tried for at least 6 months to have a surgery scheduled. I understand since Covid this can be difficult but I have not even gotten a call, voice mail, email or anything to tell me any update or even acknowledge they received my calls to schedule. I was never able to talk to a person to ask for an update. Just left several voicemails. Very frustrating!! Just want to have my surgery so I can hear well again!

Dr. Micah Klumpp is awesome! I a was in a very bad way with my BPPV and my Crystal's being out of line, and Dr. Klumpp helped me get all of that back in line. It was amazing! I'm so thankful for her patience and willingness to do what it took to work it out.

The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable, but the reason for the one star is related to the establishment as a whole. I had a similar issue as mentioned before about them charging what appears to be an ER co-pay maybe for a hearing test. Also, the staff does not take care of their patients needs as they should. I have tried many of times after my surgery to get answers (phone and email)about medical issues. Many of those times witout a call back or response. I was also required to have medical release paperwork filled out so I could return to work. The paperwork was provided a week prior to my surgery. I have called and messaged them every day since my surgery with hardly a response and no paperwork provided. I finally drove all the way to their offices for them to tell me all they're waiting on is a signature. I told them they could have contacted me and told me that. This staff is the worst staff I have ever dealt with. The doctors and hospitals reputation will suffer if they cannot connect with their patients and fix their issues. I will update this post if I ever get resolutions.
