We no longer offer the 3 year renewal. It's only 5 years and you must provide a US passport OR a certified birth certificate with a valid, unexpired ID (driver's license or state ID or military ID). And if you are married, you will need to bring a certified marriage license from the court house. The fee is $125.25, NO CASH!!

No they dont help ... all they do is receive and review your application and take your finger print and once approve by the govt they mail you your card
