After waiting weeks for someone to call me to do an assessment in a time of need, I searched for and found an alternate office (instead of Houma)and called. The person that answered was courteous and explained to me that the Thibodaux office was "only an office. She informed me that assessments were done in person at the Houma office. She offered to send my info to the Houma office. I accepted and promptly received a call the following morning. Soli Deo Gloria

Just go to the office on Magnolia street and make a appointment and if you have insurance bring it with you.

If you have a voucher, you can apply for a transfer, but there's no way to know how soon that transfer will go through.
Start works with the Louisiana Housing Corporation, which provides Permanent Supportive Housing vouchers. The Thibodaux PSH office would be able to assist you, their number is 446-5244
