Have tried all day to contact a family member and was put on hold. Told i would be called back etc etc. Clothes are missing has other residents clothes in his room. Visitation policy changes daily not a good place. Trying to find a better facility.

I love here now. It is all of that and more! Yes we are treated like children! Yes I hear that often that not my job! Then send me someone that can do it! Their are the very few who do care do there job and try to improve the care but it bad ones that is only there for a check. I pray they hire More caring people! I could go to some other place I don't hear good things about the others either.

I dont want to say to much about a friend of mine who stays there and he/she is disabled and complains about how rude these nurses are, how little they follow their care routine ( I am a careworker as well and I know the rules and responsibilities but live in another state). My friend is paralyzed and they dont support him while he using the restaurant and they complain that they have poor manners and attitudes.

My Mom has been in this facility for 3 months and they have done a great job. The nurses and CNA are all caring and very informative. Thank you Chateau Terrebonne for doing such a great job caring for my mother.
