524 PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK!!!! HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FOOD STAMPS FOR **MONTHS** AND CAN'T BECAUSE THE PHONE LINE DOESN'T EVEN REGISTER WHEN YOU PRESS THE BUTTON TO DO AN INTERVIEW. GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM WHERE YOU CALL US FOR AN INTERVIEW PLEASE!!! THIS IS CRAZY!!! AND NOBODY ANSWERS MY EMAILS BEGGING FOR HELP TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS!!!

This was a horrible experience, I waited on hold for an hour no one answered so I went to their website and couldn't get through to anybody on there. And this is how we treat our senior citizens. You're sad Louisiana

My child was abused the state worker did not call the police and my childs abuser is walking free ive done everything they asked me to do 18 months of this and i still dont have my cgild home with me where she belongs
