My infant waited over 3 hours with no treatment and seizure level temperature according to them and was skipped after being told others conditions were more important than hers. I always heard this is the hospital you go to if you want to die and I now understand. The stuff is very unprofessional.

Love my NP Jarrod Nero but his receptionist is horrible. Always an attitude and lack of professionalism. The profanity she uses is outrageous.

They have became the worst healthcare system ever, started sense Dr.Anderson left.I called saying I wasn’t feeling well and was given an appointment twice for blood work, the Phlebotomus there wouldn’t take me each time stating, she had to go get her child from school, and both times ran out the door.Later that week I found out my iron was so low,I was near death. I was rush to the hospital. Please don’t ask for a nurse to call you back even if they can’t fit you in the schedule they will not send over a prescription to help you are a referral to any other specialist until they see you and bill. Please see a specialist outside of them if you feel something is not right because they won’t find the problem they’re nice but not equipped to do the job.

Dr. Regina Dumas is knowledgeable and efficient. I can tell she has a lot of experience and she always makes me and my child feel comfortable. She can quickly identify a problem and knows exactly how to treat the patient. I appreciate her kindness and compassionate care.
