Called earlier today to set up an appointment for Jet to come look at the cesspool at our new home to see where we stood in terms of condition & fill capacity. They were here a few hours later! Nick and Jack were so kind and had genuine smiles on their faces the entire time. They answered all of our questions and the pricing was very fair. We will definitely be using Jet for all of our future needs.

There is no other company that I would ever call! Nick and Collin were amazing! I called and they came in 20min. Professional, respectful, honest, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. They are very knowledgable and go above and beyond to ensure all issues are solved. I had a problem with a basement bathroom and couldn't figure out where the trap was. They were able to find it and locate a separate cesspool that I did not know I had. I even had a professional plumber come here before them who was not able to do what they did. My system is back up and running clog free. Thank you for ALL you did. Like I said before, there is no other company that I would ever call and anyone who hires them will agree.
