This store often times doesn't open when they say they're supposed too and they close earlier than closing time. Tonight, they close at 8pm, it's 7:10pm and there doors are closed and stores locked up.April, we are really sorry to hear this and hope you will give us another chance. Appreciate the friendly thoughtful treatment we received when getting our Covid booster shots. Online scheduling was easy and quick,as was actually receiving the injection. The store is so bright,cheery and Clean as well! Thanks Rite Aid.

The staff in the pharmacy is extremely rude every time we go everyone else working the store is extremely helpful and nice. Need to get people in the pharmacy who are happy to help the sick or healthy. Will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.

The pharmacist is great. He explains any questions without an attitude or making you feel like your inconveniencing him. How ever there is a woman that is there and was again at 9am this morning who is HORRIBLE! She is always rude. I received a notification that a prescription was ready to be refilled so I had it processed. When I went to pick it up she said it was to soon to refill. I asked why it says it's ready online. She in a snarky tone again said it's to soon. ( Now what do you want)? This is the 5th time I've had this interaction with her over the phone and in person. She is incapable of good costomer service. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she hung up on me. The store staff and the other pharmacy staff has been great helpful and understanding. Looking into taking my and my family's prescriptions else where as dealing with her just isn't worth the hassle. She is in BED NEED of retraining.
