I witnessed last night something I thought I would never see. Being that this town is predominantly elderly people you would think the drivers are knowledgeable and patient with older passengers, well that was not the case last night. As I was leaving my shift at my job I witnessed a cab driver yell at an elder lady who was taking too long to get to the vehicle. Mind you she was using a walker and was being guided by her daughter. He preceded to yell “she does not need a cab she needs an ambulance “ and proceeded to drive off on her! I’m very disappointed with this company as I know many people in this town rely on on them mostly elder! I would not want this to be a reflection on the company as many people who witnessed it just want the driver to be held responsible. Please do not let the town down! Thank you

I witnessed the moment an elderly lady called a cab, but she couldn't move too fast, the driver was very unprofessional, he said that she needed an ambulance and not a taxi, then he sped off. It was tough to see that, that guy probably didn't have a mother.

Driver was hostile became irate because he saw my elderly mother with a walker and she was taking too long to move to the vehicle. He proceeds to yell at us”what you need is an ambulance not a taxi and sped off’
