The wait was long, the sign in kiosk out of order. Long lines, only 2 clerks and a supervisor splitting his time between the back and telling us to return our equipment no charge at the local UPS store. Waited around 40 minutes, but when I reached the clerk she was very nice and efficient. The other clerk also multi tasked, helping an elderly woman pay her bill at the pay machine while taking care of another customer. Nice staff, poor organization/ set-up .

I returned their equipment at this location in the past in order to cancel residential service. I believe they provided a receipt listing devices with serial numbers.
