Horrible customer service and they lie because of laziness. I set an appointment online a week before my appointment and received a notification through my text messages letting me know when my appointment had been confirmed. When I get there they tell me I'm not in the system despite him pulling up my name with all my information clearly visible on the screen including my appointment date. They attempted to schedule another appointment but I will never do business with these people again because they clearly don't value their customers time.

Came here with a prescription from another location. The gentleman helping me seemed like he had no idea what I was asking for the minute I walked in. He asked me what type of glare I want in my lens but had no visual pamphlet or paper to show me the options so I could choose even after I asked him to show me the options.. how do they upsell? Like I should know every anti scratch and anti glare option. He didn’t seem knowledgeable at all and the other gentleman helping my partner had his mask down and was unprofessional as well. I walked out before buying. I got up and left after already choosing two pairs of glasses. I will go somewhere else or to a different location. Unimpressed and frustrated after that visit.
