Lady at the front desk turned me away. She was very rude and Didn’t even let me finish telling her my isssues. She said because I had recently tested positive for covid I would need to quarantine for 5 days. I told her I’ve been quarantined for 6 days already and had a lot of pain. She said there was really nothing they can do for me, very unprofessional and useless. Mind you I called before I arrived I’m not sure who I spoke with but the lady I spoke to on the phone is the person is the one who told me to come in………

The care at this facility has definitely gone down hill. When at their old location the staffs bedside mannor was great. Now at this new facility with new staff the bedside mannor is terrible. Im from out of town and trying to just get checked when I feel ill seems to be a burden to them. They refused to see me because I didn't come in with my id even though I am in their system. The front desk staff in particular have the worst attitudes time and time again. If you are getting a nasal swab done besure to tell them to go slow or you might get a nose bleed like I did. The wait time even when they first open is almost 2 hours on a dailly bases. They do have a few good doctors and nurses but not enough to out way the bad. This could just be me but I feel like it is unprofessional to be playing music as loud as they do. I understand it can be boring but play music quieter if you're gonna play it at all.

Team Health (and specifically Jamie Tolsma) are amazing! I’m from out of town and needed last minute healthcare. Jamie and her team were fantastic—got me in immediately and provided urgent, professional care. Best clinic ever!
