A recruiter from Pa careerlink reached out named michelle Ngo and while she was great to work with & understanding of not being able have my resume available immediately. We were able to get my resume out. Within the last two weeks a recuiter named MADI NITZKY reached out about a comcast job. I immediately replied and started down a very unpleasant experience with her. I emailed my resume and answered the screening questions. I assumed all was fine. Come a week or two later she setups a screening apt. for Monday at 2pm. I called her exactly at 2pm which she didn't answer and was running late & while I hate lateness. I just pushed thru it. Next she told me my resume needed to be redone. I didn't have to much of a issue except she could have said that when i first submitted my resume. mind you MADI said i will pass along your info to someone who will help you retool my resume. I never received said email or information. I decided to forgo the help anyway and redid my resume on my own. the Comcast job focused on sales & customer service which have experience in both but is over 10 yrs back i explained. then she said well you need to put that on your resume then! is what she said to me. In a email I addressed her behavior & called her employer to report her unprofessional behavior. Madi Spoke very condescendingly towards me, which i did not appreciate. She is very unpleasant to work with. Avoid this woman at all cost

The receptionist was not at the front desk for half an hour 8 something in the morning. Spent more time chatting in hallway with coworker in eyesight whilst people waited to be checked in.

Mock interviews are Every Friday but u can get one whenever you need one. Just set one up with a Job Developer.

Careerlink is not unemployment, they are a service that provides a direct line to the UC office. If you have unemployment issues, you can speak to a UC representative by calling in yourself. If you need help with the process then you can call a lawyer for a free consultation.
