Pizza was fresh and hot .. it was ready on time.. customer service was excellent.. a lot of times over the past I always had a complaint.. but it looks like they cleaned house . And now It’s on track .. Keep it up Guys

The worst service. At 8:15 I ordered a large spicy PEPPERONI pizza and added Italian sausage. The pizza arrived at 9:15 with NO PEPPERONI, only sausage (The time it took wasn’t a problem). I called the store, they said they would correct the order and I would have to wait another hour (the time was still not an issue even though I was annoyed). At 10:15 a new pizza arrived and once again, NO PEPPERONI, only sausage…I waited an extra hour to get the same wrong order -__- I knew they closed at 11pm. And at this point I didn't even want the pizza anymore but based on principle I called back around 10:20…they never answered 😂😭😩

Terrible. We ordered $45.00 worth of food. The lady said, the pasta with meat sauce was expired (they all ready made). & didn’t remake it until we showed up! Why did they make something that was expired? So, we had to wait another 25 minuet’s by then the boneless wings where hard as a rock & dried out. The container was smashed! The breadsticks where cold & the pizza that was another story! I told my husband we should have just got a refund & left but, he didn’t want to be rude. When the pasta was done the lady kept opening our boxes for what who knows. Also, I don’t believe there is soap in the bathroom because, I have watched 3 employees come out and use the hand sanitizer by the door! Worst $45.00 I’ve spent in my life.

I called 2x to order dinner and each time we were hung up on. Pizza Hut has historically been problematic to get on the phone. Some locations even outsourced their calls to India. What Happened Pizza Hut? What happened to those “Book-It” days? What happened to the personal pan pizza days when you would light up a family’s Friday night. Please get your act together and fix this.
