I want to start off by saying that the front desk was great and very accommodating. As for the room, our neighbors were incredibly loud & the walls are very very thin. We informed the front desk but they continued to scream, yell, and play music, all throughout the night. After a unrestful night my family & I went to breakfast where we were told we would have vouchers for the entirety of our party. I assumed it would be a buffet style but they had two servers, one woman who was great & our server Craig who was so unbelievably rude. From the moment we sat down for breakfast we did not feel welcome or acknowledged & we were quickly told in a very rude manner that our voucher did not cover everyone’s meals. After placing our breakfast orders he immediately brought me the check for the meal before any of our food had even come out. The server Craig ruined our experience at this hotel. I am so disappointed in this hotel, I was looking forward to this stay and it was anything but relaxing or enjoyable & I will not return.

I read the review from the baseball team about the hotel management being rude. That is a joke!!! The unsupervised children on this tournament where so loud guests could not sleep. When you walked by 10 and 11 boys they swear at you and call you names. The Parents sit next to them and laugh. The hotel manager had to ask them multiple times to lower their voices and not harass guests. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

Check-in was seamless and professional. Our room was much more spacious than expected and the level of cleanliness made it appear as though it was a brand new hotel. Lots of attention to detail throughout the property and everyone we encountered had a welcoming smile. This is a great location that's central to shops, restaurants & the beach. The lake made for beautiful photo-ops (we took many). Overall, an excellent experience!

Where to begin, the front desk and all the staff especially Chelsea Ferruggia are unbelievable. Never have I felt so welcome in a hotel in my life. From the moment me and my mum set foot in the door Chelsea helped us feel relaxed, as she cared about every detail of our stay, and continued this amazing service throughout the 19 days we were there. Absolute professional and wonderful human, she really is a credit to the Hilton brand adding value I never expected or thought possible. On top of this the entire staff from the Restaurant, Maid service and maintenance were all 11/10 unbelievable. They were always there and ready to help and did so with a smile. The building it self was very comfortable and the food on offer was also lovely. The staff really deserve 10 stars but I’m only allowed to give five. Here’s the other five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The building while lovely, does lack in a few tiny areas. All I’d say is that if the walls were built as well as the doors it might be a little quieter at night 🤣. Don’t let this dissuade you though this place really is lovely and what it lacks in some areas it easily makes up for in others and we were always able to get a good nights rest on the very comfortable beds. This place is shooting well above its rating of 3 stars, easily better than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in for sure. Thank you to all the team at the Hilton Palm Beach Gardens. I wish you all the best for the future. Seriously though, Chelsea, Thank you 🙏🏼.
