They will fire you for the dumbest reasons DO NOT under any circumstances use them to try and get a job go to any other temp agency in Hanover they are much better than this place.

It depends on the company you'll be working for,, either a mouth swap or pee in a cup
If you get all of your paper work and drug screening done they will start you any day you want if they have an open position. You may also be asked for a resume if the company requires. Ive went through them for a job twice now they're a good temp agency they will really do everything they can to help you find work.
