A few months ago I shared my experience with Aaron's on Google reviews. I mentioned that the delivery was very professional and the process to get the furniture was pretty fast...well, as time went on I noticed that my balance was different from what I was told...on the first couple of months I made big payments to bring the balance down so I could have smaller payments in the future but that was NOT the case. Also the guy who sold me the furniture said to me on my second payment " oh it looks like my manager gave you a discount so you have a different balance"...then the next month I showed up in person to make my third payment...the same tall guy took my payment and told me..."I'm sorry we made a mistake...there's no discount...we actually forgot to add one piece of furniture" this is very unprofessional and my payoff balance still remains the same from the same first day I acquired the furniture despite paying already a couple thousand of dollars...also they have a really weird way to apply the payments to your balance...they don't look at the whole amount but rather are deducting to each piece of furniture individually plus tax, fees, etc to make it confusing for you the customer. Please stay away from this company they are not honest people, you will be wasting your money. Thanks

From my experience, the contract states a certain amount of time must pass before you can return the item. I believe you need to make at least 3 rental payments, or rent for 3 months (one or the other).
They are super friendly and helpful. Ask for Bill. He's the manager there and I've been dealing with him for 10+ years. They sometimes have pre-leased items for cash. As the other guide mentioned, they will call around to other stores to find what you need, have it delivered to this location, then call to set up delivery. Even if you can't find one that they're selling as-is for cash, their monthly payments are reasonable and you have 90 days to pay it off same as cash and save a lot of money! Tell Bill I sent you! 😁
