How can a place full of people help you find a job when they can't even do their job correctly? It literally makes no sense.

This is the worst government funded job support center! It's highly unorganized! Calls aren't returned. Job councelors and workshop hosts aren't in sync. If I register for an online welcome workshop it isn't recognized within my profile and I don't get a call from a job counselor. If I walk in to meet with a counselor as I was told by the receptionist, someone else will tell you that you don't get to meet w/ a job counselor until you fill out an application even though I did this online on the careerlink website. If I schedule virtual meeting w/ a job counselor no one shows up and subsequent emails about the meeting to that person go ignored. If you call to follow up you're automatically shut down by being told someone will call you back and no one ever does. Now I've been calling 2 days straight and all I get is a voicemail. What gives?! JEVS needs to do a better job w/ the funding it gets to actually organize these job centers!!
