My brother in Belleville has used Bayada for the last 11 years. He had the same aide for 6 years & she was wonderful. Though his most recent one was not great, the company itself is. I must thank his Coordinator Vilma for always being amazing! She follows up with me the same day & checks in on him if there are any changes, issues, etc. Now that he is moving from Essex to Hudson County & Bayada is not available in his town, I’m hoping the new agency will take care of him just as well.
