Drinks are consistent but the wait is tremendously bad. If you have the app definitely order ahead to get in and out more quickly.

Not great service. I was over charged $.70 for my coffee. I had to wait for a refund, no apologies were offered. Got to my car only to take a drink of really old Luke warm coffee. I am confused, isn't Starbucks supposed to have the same experience every time???

I’ve never seen a more mismanaged, DIRTY behind counter and front counter SB… AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN SERVING ESPRESSO DRINKS!!! I waited 17 mins to get my cold brew. The lady sitting next to me ordered a grande coffee and waited over 10 mins. The line for the drive thru is ridiculously long and blocks traffic.

I went in last week. Everything was good, they were very slow and disorganized placing one item out at a time (and whispering the name with loud music playing- so everyone had to go look if it was theirs) and a 20 minute wait for the coffee …

Hopefully soon but covid has everything pushed out I'm shore the company apologise for any inconveniences and maybe reach out to call service you might get gift or coupons or just a more direct answer
