Great service had what we needed

So my alternator went out on our trip to Kansas City, Mo. We was three hours away from home and three hours away from our destination. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part we needed. Here is what happens next Cody the manager did all he could to find said part. When he couldn’t he took me to enterprise to help me out. The part came in Saturday but we wouldn’t return until Monday. The gentleman there was named Jeremiah. Got the part and i worked on the vehicle in the lot. Jeremiah stay an hour and a half after the store closed just to make sure we got up and going! This location definitely cares about its customers! I wish all businesses and people were this caring. If you ever need anything and are in that area make sure to swing by and let them help you out!

WARNING! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR EXCHANGE POLICY AS THEY SHOULD! A friend of mine recently purchased a car battery from this store. The battery turned out to be defective so she went to have it exchanged and brought her receipt. They didn't have anyone available to help her so they INSISTED she pay for it, install it herself and then return it and refused to help her without money up front. Problem is, she couldn't afford to pay for it up front and no matter the circumstances she shouldn't have to pay for it for any reason whatsoever. The poor woman couldn't even get home and it disrupted her schedule because they sold her junk and she had to call AAA for help just to get her to the store and it was entirely their fault! Yet they asked her for money up front. What they did to this woman was just terrible. This is more than enough to convince me that people are better off doing business elsewhere and there are plenty of other options in the Wentzville area that do business the right way.
