I'm a current resident at Woodland Courts. For the price being asked, Woodland has exceeded my expectations. I lived in the south loop where my rent was more than twice the amount I pay at Woodland, but needed to be closer to work. A few of the offered amenities include on site washers and dryers (which could be updated with newer machines, but are always readily available), designated grilling areas, balcony, in ground pool, and free parking. Having some of those things alone was a plus because I had to pay $300 a month for parking, couldn't grill, and had no balcony at the last place. The management staff has been as good as I can ask for. The manager has kept the property in great condition and addresses issues in a timely manner. Any work orders I've put in have been taken care of quickly. The maintenance staff has shown themselves to be professional and competent. I really couldn't ask for much more. The units themselves look a little dated as far as finishes go, but at the price I'm paying its not much of an issue. I read some of the other issues people have had, which management seems to have addressed. Cameras are fully functional, disruptive tenants have been notified of their disturbances and no longer seems to be problems (at least not by me), and the manager has always been pleasant, respectful, and professional when we speak. Overall, a $1000 for a two bedroom feels like a steal. I'm happy with the choice I've made. Lastly, if they were to consider updating the washers and dryers, include a dishwasher, and redo the finishes in the kitchens, I'd be willing to pay more for rent. Coming from a luxury high rise, I understand the price you pay for a unit does not always translate into a great living experience. However, Woodland's management has made my experience thus far enjoyable and worthwhile at the price I'm paying. Keep up the good work Woodland!

I have resided here for three years just renewed my lease. I own two running vehicles and yesterday one of them were towed away no notice or anything. The landlord seems to always have an attitude. I now have to pay $218.50 as of today it will go up daily if I dont get it out because management lied to the towing company that my car had a sticker on it since 1/24. Which is a bold lie. I drive for uber and my car is parked during the week and I drive on the weekends with it. They seem to never be in the office. Here it is Saturday and they are supposed to be in the office from 10-5. No one is in the office at all.

Just moved out 2 months ago after a year and a half of living there. The office staff is very nasty when asked to complete work order. There is a mouse and mold problem that they just cover up to get apartments rented. They have a rebuttal for everything. Too expensive for outdated apartments.

Good area(so I will give it 3 stars) apartments needs to be updated it is not worth $1000-$1025 a month . Customer service from office sucks at times. If you have kids go for ground level floor because it will be a problem after awhile. They will tell you anything to get your SD.
