I've stopped in for advice with a random piece of wood stoving pipe. I've ordered specific parts to a 15 year old stove. I've stopped in at the last possible minute before close on a weekend for a part I had JUST broken and needed. Every.single.time They are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and fairly priced. This place has the stove knowledge Tractor supply and Lowes can never offer. And a proper selection of lifelong lasting quality stoves. Highly recommend.

Waited for moth for one of there technicians to come to my house and check my stove since I was having some kind of fume leak. After more of less getting on my knees and begging them to come ( Is the only pellet stove dealer near me.)they send there technician Dominic. Dominic was really knowledgeable about stove but his main focus was just to Reinstalling my stove, nothing was wrong with my installation, all I need it was for someone to check if I need it one of the gasket to be replaced or not and to check if the stove was as clean as it should. I got charge for a New installation and that all. He didn't check for any leaks or any issues at all.

Everything seems to be working fine with my Harmon coal stove with the exception I'm getting more coal than ashes in my ash pan. What could possibly be the problem?

Not sure if this is your problem, but a friend of mine had this issue and it turned out to be that the "snake" was feeding in coal too fast and it was over flowing a bit into the pan.
