Rating specifically for this location, and for this Online PICKUP Order event: Zero Security & Waste of time. Some HUNGRY WOLF stole my LARGE order from the online order pickup rack. They did remake my giant order, at the expense of lost-time. (At the Homewood location, they keep large orders behind the counter.) The food is good- but hard to enjoy with the store's LACKADAISICAL attitude to online orders. Security Video would be around 17:28:00 HR. The manager seemed unconcerned.

This Portillo location always has a crowded drive-through, but the line goes fast. The food is good and hot when you receive it. The staff are friendly and efficient. No complaints here. If you like Portillo's, you will love the food at this location. If you haven't tried Portillo's, don't let the long lines deter you, it simply means the food is great.

This location is always great for making a quality meal and having fast service. This time we only ordered 2 slices of lemon cake to try and they had it ready for us at the first window. There were a few cars ahead of us but the line moved pretty fast.

22 minutes in the drive thru just to receive a sandwich with a bug burned into the lettuce… they gave me a refund and wished me well. Won’t fix the trauma of almost eating an insect.
