Originally I had a reservation at a famous undon spot in 14st union square. I showed up 15 min early and walked in and the host rudely said they are not open yet. Come back in 15 min. As I was wandering around the famers market at 14st union square I no longer want to eat there and canceled my reservation. I saw Barn joo nearby, haven't visited since the pandemic. I randomly walked in with my sister to check out the menu. The host was very friendly. I saw a spin the wheel offer if I make a reservation. I made the reservation on the spot and won a cup of free wine. Ordered the truffle fries, soy garlic wings and oysters. I had a wonderful lunch. Thanks Barn joo for caring about customer service.

🍽 double fried veggie dumplings: flavor was perfect and a great take on dumplings 🍽 Crunchy tofu: spicy sauce was great and the tofu was crispy! Tasty Korean fusion food here and it’s a chill spot right in Union square!
