This review is overdue. I had the most pleasant & professional experience with Durkin Water Co. They were absolutely incredible. John was extremely helpful with delivering water for the pool. He was booked solid and yet managed to get 4 loads of water delivered for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Highly recommend this business. My compliments to the driver too. Couldn't have gotten it done without you, too!!

Best possible experience! Steve 0 was a pleasure to deal with. Topped off my pool so i did not have to use my well. The water was crystal clear. Great price.

This morning, my wife and I had a truckload of water delivered by Durkin Water & Propane to refill our pool. The employee who arrived to fill the pool was able to set up the the hose and stood next to it while the pool filled. My wife stayed outside for small talk while I worked inside. I heard the conversation go from weather, to pools, to taxes, but then, at some point in the conversation, the employee filling the pool said “I don’t know how you feel about them, but I hate democrats!” Even though I couldn’t see her reaction, I could feel my wife’s discomfort. I went outside to help diffuse the awkwardness and the conversation shifted back to pool talk. I felt bad for the employee because he probably realized after making that statement that there was a >50% chance he would be offending the customer. I have been there. I can empathize with the man. I was over a friend’s house for a party a few years ago and said to a woman, “do you want to go up to people and pretend we’re trump supporters so they think we’re dumb?” Her husband, who was standing next to her, quickly responded, “WE ARE Trump supporters!” As you can imagine, the whole situation felt pretty awkward. I am giving a 4-star review because the service was quick and the woman I spoke to when arranging the appointment was very efficient. I do think that the employees should try to avoid declaring their hate for more than half the country while filling customers’ pools though.
