My Samsung is under warranty. I cannot advance the volume. I have filed a claim but before Approved repairs I need to send them an estimate. If the repair cost less than the TV they will approve it. Is this doable by you? I live at 6910 Ave. U

I believe You Do If No Warranty, but get a free diagnosis to see if it's worth repairing. Keep in mind they have great bargain prices on refurbished televisions.

You didn't specify exactly what the damage looks like, my only suggestion is get the free diagnosis and judge for yourself if it's worth repairing. The NY tech guys are fair with their prices.
