Called for assistance about my record. Both reps were great who I spoke to. Only complaint is if the wait time ain't really 1 min, yet the phone answer time ought to match that.

I've spent many pleasant days here. Try to relax! Bring your tablet and a book or you can just people watch ;) Don't complain. It will be along day. Get over it. It's our own faults we're at court anyhow right? lol The place is cleaner and smells better than it did years ago! :)

forget about calling here, u better off driving or taking the bus or walking here and talking to someone and make sur eu talk to 2-3 different people to make sure they gave you the right info!!! i spoke with a clerk one time gave me complete wrong info! wrong date for my court, i checked 1 day before on the web thank god! or i would have been arrested for failure to appear!

I have a case and whenever I call my lawyer I don't answer me back and the are corrupt court I wish the federal government get involved and see how they traid to destroy people life I change my life and is a old case and they said that they don't care about my work or my future they only want is the money.

I don't like to be the messenger of bad news.... But calling early in the morning is the best time of the day. Chances are you'll speak to someone. 9am-11am. Once 12pm you'll scarcely speak with a human.
