2 bays are touch free. One bay is "soft" touch. All three bays are automatic. I believe there are two other bays that you can manual wash
I dont think they do it, but could be a shampoo machine there in back,and you can clean your puppy there🐕😊
It's on the timer so it depends on how long it takes. I have a German Shepherd so takes probably 8 or $10 for me to do my dog
