Horrible experience!! My husband went to Quest as a walk-in, and was RUDELY turned away. Even though the waiting room was completely empty, they would not do his bloodwork because he didn't schedule an appointment. He was in excruciating pain and the slip was definitely sent over from his doctor. He had to walk away in pain just to go to another Quest to hear the same thing. This is so unprofessional and inhumane. We will NEVER use Quest lab again! I'm a cancer survivor with several health issues..please take a deep breath, and think about the population you're working with and have some empathy!

I mean WOW! The phlebotomist said all I had to do to update the card for pre authorization of charges was to call billing. What a joke! DO NOT give them a card that you don't want charged! You will go through hell for at least an hour to get them to remove it. This is the definition of a bad company. There isn't any communication between the billing and the patient centers.

Was fast in and out. Very nice people. For getting blood taken was the most calm I have been in a long time. Just can’t say enough.

Was annoyed with the loud noise of the phlebotomists laughing and chatting while waiting to be called in. That took a while and that person was still loud talking about food to her coworker in the other room. Not even respecting the fact that I was in the room. And to finish she stuck me two times hard and I couldn’t take the pressure and she had to call her coworker to come in to help her because she couldn’t get enough blood from me. Not a good experience. Sorry but I am honest.
