I work for Amazon in stratford ct, and I was was waiting for the 10 at 629pm and the bus never showed up on 11/18/2020. The bus coming from the station came and told me that the bus was gonna come and I had to wait and got off the bus. It was 30 degrees. The bus never showed, two gbt trucks came and I flagged one down and as im approaching the truck to get some help, as I walked up towards the truck as the driver can see he pulls off, I was left in the cold waiting for a bus that never showed up and left on the side of the road at the busses with no help. I Intend on making complaints against all drivers and calling the city and seeking an explanation for lack of service and denial of help, being left at the busses in the cold unable to get home to my autistic child who was at home waiting for me to. come home from work being a single mother. Highly distraught and upset about the treatment from GBT.

Not directly. You would have to take the bus to somewhere like Norwalk & then jump on another bus towards Danbury & keep hoping bus lines. Good thing is they are free till end of June so u dont have to worry about transfers or the bus fair change from transit company to transit company. Email me @gmail if u need further help lissamae80
