It’s better if you go to any other office than this one. They don’t pick up the phone to set up an appointment, so you have to go inside only to be told they don’t let you in without an appointment. The security guard was nice enough to advise me to try the next day, which I did. The next day, I dealt with a guy named “Elijah”, dressing as if he just came from the beach (shorts and pink polo). He had a sour attitude, didn’t feel like responding my concerns, didn’t advise me anything besides the obvious to try call IRS phone line and when asked if he could help me with other paperwork he stated to try all other offices but that one since they don’t offer many IRS services. Makes you wonder what’s he’s getting paid for.

Folks were very polite and helpful. Took only 20 minutes to process the paperwork and the guy was really helpful. Only one person per case/application is allowed so be prepared to wait outside if you accompany someone. The security check takes about 10mins and then you can go see the officer that'll assist you with your case. Pretty seamless in my experience. Good job!

The system is a Joke !

Needed to apply for ITIN for my kids. Made an oppointment. Arrived early, but it seems there were no one before me, so they accepted me right away. Everyone was polite. Whole process took around 20 minutes.
