Terrible company when anything goes wrong. The car wasn’t registered and they double charged me for insurance. That’s not the end of the world though - I’m a reasonable person - the real problem was no one could help me for days: not the local office, not corporate, no one - and even after 5 days when they finally replaced my car and promised me a refund, they failed to refund me - I started calling them every week and nicely explaining my situation, but they just kept telling me that only the local manager can help, and the local manager ignored me every time. And it gets worse… when they wouldn’t refund me I disputed the credit card charge, and they told my credit card company there was nothing wrong and took the money back. I’ve re-disputed and I hope to have success, now a month later. - Update: Nope, they fought me tooth and nail, and sent a collection company after my excellent credit. After months of fighting I gave up and paid to protect my hard earned credit - what an upsetting outcome - Enterprise should be ashamed.

Great service! I was surprised to be offered an F250 but did enjoy it (with the exception of the fuel cost lol). Only downside was the Truck smelt like cigarettes but nothing an Air Freshener couldn't fix after a few days. Had to extend twice however was hassle free

The car was dirty had to clean the windows couldn't see out of them they said the cars are washed between customer's this car was not sanitized like the paper said it was and since when can't you rent a car with a bank card unless you use a utility bill or car insurance then you have to buy there car insurance why want my car insurance but can't use mine

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE. Watch out for their scam of telling you there is no car available for the price your insurance covers only to have them charge you the difference of the car they gave you later.

They are not doing it nowadays as for covid safety.. I too had to go there and collect my car.
No utlity bill and 300 deposit
You can return the car and put the keys in the key drop box. You are still responsible for the car until the office opens and the car is checked in.
