Quest, I hope you appreciate what a star you have in Arelis! Just had a draw done by her and barely felt a thing and not a mark to be seen. She’s fabulous! What’s too bad and makes me do only 4 stars is seeing that the techs are still doing admin work like computer input of insurance info and collecting co-pays and such. Covid restrictions such as no admitting desk should be a thing of the past at this point. Get your office staff back in there so the techs can concentrate on being the medical professionals that they are.

Best experience ever. I usually have the worst experience with blood work, but I went today and I was lucky enough to have Tamara draw my blood and she got it first try. I will never go anywhere else and hopefully Ramaa will ALWAYS be there.
