Lauren was absolutely INCREDIBLE in answering any and every question I could have about the property. Although I am not yet a resident I am so grateful for her hospitality and it really speaks to the rental property. So awesome!

When filling out an application make sure you speak to Lauren! Not only did she help us with the entire application process, but we had a great conversation about the general area and life. Overall highly recommend Lauren she is truly great at what she does. Not residents yet but felt extremely comfortable and appreciated how honest she was about any questions or concerns I had.

I just moved in and I cannot be happier with the leasing office, the price, the location which is a quick three minute walk to to the beach, the maintenance and the interior as well. Truly an amazing place in a great town.

If you would like an ocean view, I would suggest applying early as there is typically a waitlist.
Dont this place is crooked, they legitimately steal from their inhabitants. I would not deal with these people.
