ZERO STAR!! “I have always gotten excellence customer service, particularly from customer support, in person and by phone.” NOT ANYMORE. I’m closing my account after 10 years after the assistant branch mgr accused me last week of attempted fraud. I only recently discovered 5 years worth of fraudulent charges from my checking account to the same vendor. No excuse for treating customers like criminals & not showing some empathy or helping, no apology, nothing. I’d be better off keeping my money under my mattress.
