A week ago I got my left eyebrow pierced the staff there are absolutely awesome!!! The guy that pierced my eyebrow ( sorry forgot name )was great he talked me through everything and was calm and understanding especially because my anxiety was very high that day, Janet and Paul at the front were absolutely awesome Janet watched my daughter for me and they became best friends they colored and played games, Janet was also great about answering any and all questions I’ve had even when I’ve called her up just for a small quick question.

You can possibly use lidocaine 2% cream beforehand, or use what the shop has (probably same active ingredient) but from firsthand experience, the artists in this shop are so good, you probably don't even need to use it.
