Worst experience with penske to be honest, not sure if its lack of management or knowledge, but i came with Cruise control problem, haven’t heard from them for 10 days, came to pick up the truck. Now i got windows that are not rolling down, and AC is not working, thanks for wasting 10 days and adding more problems

I wish I could give 0 stars. I rented a truck Monday, returned it same day to diff location. Got a phone call from a woman named Kelly who works there on that Wednesday. Proceeded to tell me I should’ve returned the truck by now & she’s charging my card, that a payment needs to be made immediately. I also had another Penske employee accuse me of returning it that Tuesday. This location has no clue what they’re doing. Kelly is obnoxious & rude.

Update: I went to Penske in North Bergen, NJ and spoke with the manager Kelly whom never contacted me back yesterday but I noticed the body language and it was somewhat hostile and rude. She said home based business can be a risk! I thought that’s what insurance is for but I definitely can see why the staff is so unprofessional when leadership just even worse… PENSKE CORPORATION really need to have some customer service training requirement for locations that operate under their franchise! It’s disgusting and shameful how these folks represent a brand name. I have rented from Penske commercial North Bergen location for over 3 years and out of no where the legitimacy of my business is questioned, was told I cannot rent if I have a home based business due to Penske has a lot of bad debt. I don’t do credit with Penske and when was a warehouse needed to rent occasionally? The guy who I spoke with on the phone was very very rude to the point he had the nerve to say use common sense Kelly said you need a physical location (warehouse etc. not your home) well I be dam it’s a house but who said I lived in it! when I told him my llc papers should be sufficient . The young lady Kelly who called and left the message questioning my home based business by googling the location still has not returned my call… MIA!
