Ok job on nails but place is run terribly. Had an appointment and they were letting walking go first. They would not accept my gift certificate that expired during Covid. I should them in writing that in Illinois Gc cannot expire legally for five years but they still would not take it. Nail salons everywhere….go somewhere else that is better run

My go to spot now when I need to get my nails and sure brows done. No appointments needed, maybe best, however, I haven't needed one for I am serviced within 20 minutes or less so far.

I used to go here all the time but I stopped going when the person who didn’t normally do my nails did them and while checking out she questioned my tip amount. I typically tip 20% but this time wasn’t super pleased with how they turned out and only had so much in cash, so I gave all the cash I had which totaled maybe 13-15%. She looked at me visibly irritated and said “that’s it?” I was taken aback by her remark and never came back.

I have been going to Bellagio nails for 4 years. Yesterday they called to push my appointment back from 4 to 430. Typically this is no issue however yesterday I was unable to reschedule. I kindly asked if some could get started at 4:15 i was told no and everyone was busy... I replied “I made my appointment a week in advance.” I was told “It’s not like you made the appointment a year ago” this was the manager JADEN. Once I showed up JADEN snickered as I walked through the door and spoke to his colleague in Vietnamese. This is how you treat to loyal customers? I spend over $150 a month, if customer service is not a priority at least recognize customer loyalty. JADEN the manager is incredibly rude. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money here.
