Tried a new (for me) tea drink and breakfast sandwich. Both were ready when I showed up and still hot and fresh. Starbucks is a one a month or so treat so I was glad not to be dissatisfied. Service was fine as well.

Was having a spirited, yet professional, conversation completely lacking profanity or raised voices. Another patron snidely interjected himself into the conversation. Things exploded. A young man employee quickly interceded. I had nearly lost it by this time. I respected him. I walked out instead of clocking the intervening patron. I personally thank that young man because without his intervention things would have escalated out of control. I shall give him a three-figure tip.

Staff is not focused on customers. Staff was seen laughing and joking while drive thru and inside was packed! We went inside because the drive thru was so packed. Thinking perhaps it would be quicker smh. But it took almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a cheese danish! Terrible service! Pass up on this Starbucks unless you like your time being wasted on subpar service.

Drive through is a nice feature, but when I went to this Starbuck's recently I was hoping to sit inside. Unfortunately, they seemed to be offering drive through service only.
