This school seems perfect every day. Everything seems to flow smoothly, our daughter loves her class and her friends, her teachers are always pleasant and excited to see her. My wife and I have been every pleased since the day we found it, and we recommend it to family and friends all the time!

I appreciate that they are taking safety protocols seriously. The staff cares and they are very responsive. We get daily pictures of our daughter learning and a summary of what was being taught. Great team!

When we chose to move our daughters (2 and 4 at that time) to Primrose at Brier Creek about a year ago, I felt confident right away, that we had made the right decision. I toured seven different daycare centers and Ms. Karen, the owner of Primrose at Brier Creek, was very honest and patient in answering my list of questions. I learned that there is no exterior sand play area, because they wanted a very clean environment for the children and that their playgrounds are larger than others. When I asked about their employee turnover Amber, the director of operations, told me about extra benefits and ensured me that they make ever effort to limit turnover. Ms. Karen served for several years in the army, and I believe this experience was helpful when the pandemic hit. They stayed open throughout this whole time and there has never been a moment when we did not feel confident in sending our children there, even when classroom sizes went down to just three kids. Everybody from staff to teachers to the owner did and continues to do everything they can to keep our children safe. Once I even caught Ms. Karen, going the extra mile, and steam sanitizing every single classroom by herself after the children had left. We do miss the warm welcome of Amber, Jen and Karen with her dog, which greeted us when parents where still able to check in at the front desk. But now we have Ms. Tery's cheering laugh in the morning as she checks the kids temperatures before drop off at the classroom exterior door. I feel sorry for the teachers who have to wear their masks for about eight hours while they are together with the same children in the same room every day. Your dedication makes it possible to maintain consistency for everybody, keeping our inner circles small. Thank you so much! You guys are doing an awesome job! We like the Primrose curriculum and when our older daughter started Kindergarten this September she had no issues, in fact she is doing great. As for our younger daughter we are looking forward to two more years at Primrose at Brier Creek and wish you all the best and good luck for the future.

We love Primrose Brier Creek! We have two children there that are safe and loved. They are learning and growing daily with the help of the teachers and staff. We have been thrilled with Primrose And I would highly recommend them! A great perk that they provide food, snacks, and even cups! You just bring the kids. We really do love this school.

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
