Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. I had so many fraudulent claims because of them. After closing the accounts I had an account opened up in my name and supposedly had taken a loan for 1500. Never did. Come to find out Wells Fargo opened it. Finally got it settled. Don't trust these guys at all! Its a scamming bank. Ill never trust or refer anyone to Wells Fargo. They suck big time. I was with them for 3 year's before thing's went haywire. California based bank's are the worst ever.

Read what WF is doing now to it's customers with mortgages and payments during covid-19. This, rotten to the core, bank cannot change. Remember the making up accounts to "look good" I left WF years ago because of the unprofessional, rude ways that you can read about in these reviews. Be smart! Go anywhere else!

I do our business's banking at this branch and although in the past I've had to wait up to 10 minutes in line today was the worst. There was only 1 teller to wait on the drive thru (with 4 cars in line) and the lobby (with 5 customers in line). There were 2 other employees there but they were unable to assist this teller because they had no access to a cash box (I was told). It may be a good idea to enable the employees (who are not tellers) so that they can help more customers. I've always had a great experience with the employees there but the wait time can be very long.
