Love this place! Ordered a cord of seasoned wood, came so quickly. The delivery driver kept in touch and stacked the wood exactly where I wanted. Looking forward for future years with this company.

Do NOT order from here. I should have read the recent reviews. They were correct. They were more than happy to take my money but then never reach out to schedule a delivery. No one picks up the phone or returns calls if you leave a voicemail. No one responds to emails sent either. I'm just trying to get my money back so I can go somewhere else at this point.

Do NOT order from here. I have ordered firewood from here for the last couple of years. No problem. But this year, I placed my order on April 12 and they processed payment and then cut off all communication. I never heard from them. I began emailing and calling them after about a week asking about a delivery estimate. Nothing. Almost two weeks later, I finally received an email saying my inquiries had gone to their spam folder, they had no record of my order and could I please send order documentation. I did. That same day. I have heard nothing. I call, no one answers. I email, no reply. I've gone through the website, using their "contact us" form. Nothing. I'm not sure what's happened to this place, but it is definitely not worth the hassle.

On the positive side, they delivered the day after I placed the order. On the negative, they showed up without scheduling delivery (so they were lucky that I was home), the 1/2 cord was 20% short, and for "partially seasoned" wood, there is a ton of moisture in it. I called to let them know I was shorted and they were very polite and said they would deliver more. Weeks later I haven't heard from them. Maybe try a different supplier. UPDATE: I decided to give these guys a second chance, being that they did respond and I didn't get around to following up. This time I opted for the seasoned wood. This time I had to wait 5 weeks for delivery (it was late in the season but still), and the wood that was delivered is full of moisture. The only way I have been successful in getting it to burn is to break it into smaller pieces and even then it hisses and doesn't put out a whole lot of heat. Again, I called and they seemed willing to fix it but have done nothing. I called back recently and left a message, but no reply. So, my advice is go elsewhere for your wood.

there is no sales tax on firewood. delievery fees vary depending upon your location.
