Longest wait time is 4hrs on a Saturday. Got there at 1040am waited through their lunch time which happened when I was in the long line, couldn't get a way to leave to come back another time/ day. They need to hire 2 more helpers. Wrote to their head company about it. I use this service very infrequently only 4 - 6 times per year. But this takes the prize unacceptable in wait times.

It's not Bigfoot any longer. It's another recycling company place. Very nice people working there now. Tuesday thru Saturday. Go early open at 9. This location is in Orland.

It is no longer called Bigfoot. It was bought out by Richfield Metal. Much better service and nice people !!! Don't know about the lunch time. Time Tuesday - Friday 9-5, Sat. 9-4. Get there early, usually very busy.

The previous manager of the site ran his own hours unfortunately and that why we let them go. Me being the new site lead. We WILL be open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-430pm. With lunch being 1230-1. NO EXCEPTIONS Come by and see the new friendly faces.
