Yes, it is.
It was originally founded over a hundred years ago. The original building is now a Presbyterian (I think) Church about 2 or 3 blocks closer to Guadalupé St than Hyde Park's current location. The White Stone Chapel was the first Sanctuary built for the Church at the current location; the larger, yellow brick building with the tall steeple was added in (I believe) the 1970's. This is where Dr. Bowman preaches his Sermons today. On a side note, there was a schism within this church a number of years ago, and the congregation split into two separate churches, each calling themselves "Hyde Park Baptist Church". I do not endorse this church, because hypocrites go here and run this ungodly place. I had gone to this church since I was 2 years old, and years ago I had a falling out with a fellow member, gotten into an argument with someone over the phone, was excommunicated from this church because I wasn't filthy stinking rich. This Church serves Satan.
My wife did work there but to traumatized to attend.😞 May be closed after all the lawsuit settlements.😭 so sad GOD help them.
