This has become the WORST Walgreen's that I have ever been to. I have been using this location for almost 20 years and the last year or so you have a 30+ minute wait in the drive thru and their customer service is poor. Added my wife to my insurance and they refused to fill it even with the card. It was missing a number on the card and said to call for pharmacy. They refused to call the number and told us to call them. A rep from the insurance called them and waited for around 20 minutes on the phone and no one would pick up at the pharmacy. Good thing we have another Walgreen close by. Then one is just more convenient to use.

In last 6 months or so this pharmacy has declined rapidly. Even more so with the reduction of hours. There are very few hours during which a person holding a 9 to 5 job can pickup a prescription. And that is evidenced by the very, very long lines in the Drive-Thru and inside. I am changing my pharmacy, I am done with Walgreens!

Long lines at the pharmacy and drive thru. It took an hour to get to the window on 3 separate occasions to pick up my meds. If people's scripts aren't ready, have them get out of line. Photo taken at 9am on Saturday. The walk-in window is closed
