Blue Diamond sanitation is by far the BEST sanitation company Jefferson Township has hired. The workers are polite, friendly and work really hard to take care of everyone's needs. Special shoutout to Brad and Juan who are my sanitation guys. They are Awesome!!!!! Hope ww have you all for a long time.

Awful, terrible, and ridiculously unhelpful. I have had to call them more than a dozen times this calendar year when they have failed to pickup some of my barrels. Typically its grass collection that they forget, but sometimes recycle and sometimes trash. Most of my phone calls are not returned, and the times that I do get to speak with someone they downplay it and come get the barrel the next day. But the following week, same problem, missed barrels of waste. not just me, but several of my neighbors in Kenvil on route 2 have this happen. We are baffled. We all call in for help and nobody there cares, nobody tries to get this remedied. I want to dump my trash in their parking lot when they don't pick it up next time. Example: I put my trash, recycle, grass barrels out on Monday night for the Tuesday morning collection. I came home from work and recycle and trash were empty but grass barrel is still full. I called blue diamond, left messages for two people at 5 pm Tuesday. Spoke with some of my neighbors who also had their full grass barrels not picked up by blue diamond that Tuesday day. So, since I was skeptical they would take my voicemails serious, I also called at 5:25 on Wednesday morning and actually spoke to someone. He sounded confused, but assured me that they would come get the grass barrel today. So, imagine my frustration when 11 hours later, I get home from work, and there is my full barrel of grass still sitting there. Angrily, I call blue diamond again, try to find out what happen and just get told that they can try to get my grass (and 4 of my neighbors barrels) tomorrow and that he would notify his supervisor. Come-on, another week, another messed up garbage collection by blue diamond. I hate them.

There have been multiple times our trash has not been picked up and we have had to call them. I was told a truck came and did not see our trash bin when it was out there. This particular time the bears have gotten into it more than once and we have cleaned it up so as to keep our neighborhood clean. Please pick up the trash.

I come home only to find my trash can still full on the edge of my driveway. I called the phone number posted only to have the line go dead. It's ok, the trash will be double the amount next week fellas.
