I received a quick call back about setting up service and all the details I needed. They were extremely friendly and punctual. After deciding to start service, I was handed off to someone to help me schedule the first appointment. No transferring or calling back. Honestly, the customer service was so great during the initial call, I didn't even bother looking at other companies I'd reach out to for a quote.

Canceled service the same day, said they would reach out to reschedule but 3 days later that had not. I called and was told there was no record I was scheduled!!! But I get a request for a review!! Rep scheduled a service call 2 weeks away, 2 weeks. Poor customer service!!! Not happy, will look for another company

I have a problem with Ants. Following all the reviews of Viking I called them they said originally my price would be 339 a year and $50 whatever month they charge me 389 and also charge me $55 a month they’ve come twice and it has done nothing now I can’t even get an appointment anymore and yellow thing they don’t tell you is they can only do three times a year and then they have to use less of the poison. Not a happy customer you’ve done nothing for me you can’t even schedule me an appointment

Common preparations include: cleaning the area to be treated, removing clutter, picking up pet food, and putting away open food. All children’s toys and personal items should be picked up from the floor and moved outside of the treatment area. We recommend any pets be kept away from treated areas during service. Hi Jim! Yes we are very experienced in bed bug work. Bed bugs are our largest selling individual pest, so we do plenty of work with them. That said, our service protocol will implement a few services and a service guarantee. Your infestation should be remedied within 30-45 days of initial service, with the majority of it being eliminated within the first 2 weeks. If a company says it will eliminate the pests in shorter timeframe, that would be misinforming the customer. Heat treatments can accomplish a faster result, and we offer those as well.
